MENTORS
A mentor's job is based on guiding and teaching. The mentors teach, help, come up with suggestions and guide us but never ever do the tasks for us.
The mentors help us to improve ourselves with comments and inspection. They will tell you how you can be better, on every aspect, whether it's in personal life or a school issue. By working together, the mentors form a special bound with the team members. The mentor doesn't just grade us, he also helps us do so well so a 100 is the only option.
Our main mentor is Eyal Hershko, a regional Woddie Flowers award winner for 2007, and a robotics teacher in our school for more then ten years. Other mentors are Arik Barkai and Yoav Kleiner. In addition, we get a lot of help from young mentors, all of them are First alumni. One of them is Gal Barkai, our last year CEO. Other mentors are Lior Boch and Eitan Galon that although their military service in the IDF, helps us as much as they can.
All of our mentors, young as adults, help us a lot and we are very thankful for their assistance.
